Can I switch Payroll Providers mid-year?

Yes, we can start your payroll any time as long as you have records of your payroll history.

What do I need to get started?

All we need is your company and employee information, and payroll history (if any) for this year.  Call us to schedule an appointment to discuss your payroll requirements.

What about W-2’s?

At year end, we create W-2 forms for you and your employees.  We also take care of filing W-2’s with the Social Security Administration.

How do I stay on top of my Payroll details?

Twin Cities Payroll will provide you with a variety of payroll reports that will allow you to remain informed and in control of your payroll.  We can also customize all our reports to fit your needs.

What methods are available for getting my payroll information to Twin Cities Payroll?

You can email, fax, or input the data through our secure portal.

Who will I work with at Twin Cities Payroll?

When we set up your account, you’ll be assigned a payroll specialist.   We’ll provide you with contact information so you can get all your payroll questions, and concerns answered quickly.  Unlike national service providers, we believe it’s better to provide one person who can service all your payroll needs rather than having multiple people work on your account in varying functions.
